Job Description
Seeking Inspection Coordinator for Established Fire Protection Company.
Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication, problem solving abilities and proficiency in all MS Office applications. Duties for this position will include but may not be limited to:
Scheduling a high-volume number of inspections each month and assigning to appropriate technicians, confirming appointments with clients, close tickets and bill where applicable, track and monitor status of active and pending inspections daily.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to organize time and tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities is a must.
Previous experience in this industry is highly desired, however, those in other service industries may be considered.
Qualifications
Previous scheduling experience
Familiarity of the Greater Las Vegas Valley
Clean Background, must be able to get Sheriff's Card (Work Card)
