Join the Charlotte Concert Band and our invited Middle School All-District musicians for a look back at the glory days of the Big Top! Step right up to a show that’s sure to dazzle attendees of all ages! Our type of circus doesn’t feature sword swallowers and clowns in tiny cars, but you will be thoroughly thrilled as our musical acrobats perform a variety of rousing tunes and selections from the hit movie, The Greatest Showman. If that’s not enough to tip your top hat, come for an extra-special treat – a talented troupe of middle school maestros. Select honor band students from the NC Bandmasters Middle School All-District Band will perform with the Charlotte Concert Band as part of our biennial Musician for a Lifetime program. The Charlotte Concert Band (CCB) is a volunteer community band of professional and dedicated amateur musicians from Charlotte, North Carolina. Our mission is to provide lifelong participation in music through quality performances of classic concert band repertoire.
