All punts intended; on February 13th, American Kitchen Bar & Grill at B Resort & Spa is hosting their very own Superbowl Spread with foods that taste better than making the game-winning touchdown. This will be a feast that could feed a football team. Each meal begins with an appetizer trio ($20) made up of wings tossed your way, southwestern eggrolls tossed with Ranch Wasabi, along with beef and cilantro empanadas with ancho aioli. Guests can follow this up with a savory specialty dip trio ($14) that is made up of an artichoke & parmesan dip served with warm pita, picadillo con queso served with fried plantain as well as fresh pico de gallo served with rainbow tortilla chips. Guests can enjoy a classic American entrée for $16 with a choice of a one-pound hotdog or MVP burger made up of a tri-blend beef patty, smoked cheddar and challah bun served with house relish and French fries. The fun doesn’t end there! Guests who wear Super Bowl participating team apparel will receive a complimentary draft beer or well cocktail when dining as well as $5 draft beers and wells from kick-off until the half-time show.
