Contractor looking for a construction lead for a home remodel. Must have experience in most aspects of home remodeling and construction, though some specialty subs (ie electrical) will still be utilized. Will be responsible for most of the general labor of the job, supervising any junior labor, and undertaking all non-specialty aspects (demo, carpentry, organization, waste removal, etc). Must have a truck (pickup). Please list your skill set and duration of experience. Must also be able to accept "downtime" given that there may be slow periods while waiting for materials and subs. No benefits. Pay is based on hours worked.
