Here are the top stories today in Des Moines: 35-year-old Michael David Crabb and 23-year-old Brady Joe Clausi were charged with vehicular homicide by drag racing and vehicular homicide by driving recklessly. The two were street racing with a man who was killed in an October motorcycle crash. Clausi was arrested in December by the Des Moines Police Department on unrelated charges and is in custody at the Polk County Jail; Crabb was arrested Sunday morning by the Polk County Sheriff's Office. (Des Moines Register)An Iowa man, Chad Williams, has pleaded guilty to making and placing several homemade bombs in a Des Moines suburb last year. He faces 10 years in prison when he is sentenced in May. Williams admitted to planting the homemade explosives in Ankeny last year; two detonated as planned, while the third was found intact by an 8-year-old girl. No one was injured.
