Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/22/2022 4:36 AM 01/21/22 2022-0215, Burglary: On 01/21/22 at 11:55 a.m., deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fennel Road, Big Grove Township for a report of a burglary. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0215, Burglary: 2022-0217, In-State Warrant: On 01/21/22 at 1:05 p.m., deputies had contact with Armando Zamarron, a 72-year-old male from the block of 500 block of Meadowwood Lane in Oswego, at his residence.  Zamarron was taken into custody for a Kendall County no bond domestic battery warrant. Zamarron was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0218, Criminal Sexual Abuse: On 01/21/22 at 2:01 p.m., deputies responded to the 0 to 50 block of Denham Drive, Oswego Township for a report of criminal sexual abuse. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-0219, ID Theft: On 01/21/22 at 3:57 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Brighton Way, Oswego Township for a report of identity theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0221, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle Outside Approved Container:  On 01/21/22 at 7:55 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 south of Caterpillar Drive, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Tyler J. Petrie, a 24-year-old male from the 800 block of W. Main Street, Cary was taken into custody for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle outside approved container and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-222, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle Outside Approved Container:  On 01/21/22 at 9:35 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at Boulder Hill Pass and Briarcliff Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Angelica Jaimes, a 27-year-old female from the 500 block of North Ave in Aurora was cited for possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle outside approved container and released on her own recognizance.    The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
