Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/23/2022 4:44 AM 01/22/22 2022-0024/0027, Driving While Revoked and In-State Warrant:  On 01/22/22 at 10:01 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 0 to 99 block of Springdale Road, Oswego Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Ashly Lyons, a 31-year-old female from the 200 block of S. River Street in Montgomery, was taken into custody on a DuPage County failure to appear traffic warrant with a bond of $3,000, 10% to apply. Lyons was also cited for driving while license revoked and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration. 2022-0024/0027, Driving While Revoked and In-State Warrant:  2022-0025, Speeding: On 01/22/22 at 10:19 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2600 block of Eldamain Road, Little Rock Township. The driver of the vehicle, Gerardo Contreras-Ponce, a 47-year-old male from the 300 block of Wilshire Drive in Sandwich, was cited for speeding 35 MPH or more over the posted speed limit and released on his own recognizance.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
