Growing cannabis business is seeking an experienced, hardworking, dependable assistant grow manager that will assist the Grow Manager in all aspects of management, including overseeing crop management and monitoring the progress of such crops for optimal quality, health and yield. This role requires experience as a grower. You will assist in daily operations and all aspects of management including overseeing and managing personnel. The Assistant Grow Manager is an organized person with confidence in their growing abilities, a great feel for the health of the plants and experience in advising a highly productive and enthusiastic team of associated staff. RESPONSIBILITIES • Tracking all inventory in METRC • Creating and maintaining operational schedules and labor requirements • Creating and maintaining an employee schedule • Creating and following production procedures • Creating and following compliance policies and procedures, including associated paperwork • Creating and maintaining testing, sanitation and waste protocols • Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with Metrc and Testing • Experience working in a grow environment • Experience managing a team • Flexible availability • Passion for learning • High level of personal integrity • Knowledge of general product safety and sanitation practices and requirements • Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player • Good people skills with the ability to manage relationships with a broad spectrum of people • Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking • Strong attention to detail • Solid Microsoft Office and math skills • Adaptable and able to think on your feet PHYSICAL ABILITY • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). • 21+ years of age Please attach a copy of your current MED badge and a resume.
