Male, fixed. Super sweet with the family. Gets along well with other dogs and the house cats. He is very over protective of the home and for this reason we are concerned about what home he goes to. Needs to be someone with experience with large dogs. My 5 and 8 year old nephews can run, play and love all over him with no problem but if a stranger tries to walk through the gate you get a completely different dog.
