We are a busy Residential remodeling company looking for a couple of handyman crews to add to our team. Only apply if you have the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to complete the jobs listed below. We are willing to train the right candidate if needed. Job tasks include: Demo cabinets/countertops Demo tubs/showers/toilets Demo tile/wood floors/carpet Drywall repair Paint Install new sinks, faucets, toilets Install new ceiling fans, light fixtures Install new doors & hardware Install blinds Install new outlets & switches General interior/exterior repairs Install water heater/hose bib/washer valves Some landscaping Trash out/ debris removal Etc Applicant MUST: - Have reliable transportation (truck preferred, hauling trailer a plus) - Be physically able to do hard labor, climb ladders, lift 50-100lbs, and work at a quick steady pace. - Be a team player and work independently - BE RELIABLE - HAVE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK - Be a problem solver - Be able to complete work in a timely manner and meet deadlines - Be honest and trustworthy - Speak English, have a valid Drivers License, drug free, and be a U.S. citizen. =============================== DETAILS: * This position is for full time work as a 1099 sub-contractor.
