Starting a band

I'm a singer/songwriter, male, 31 years old. I play acoustic and electric guitar but mostly rhythm. Looking for some musicians start a band with/write songs together. I've played/performed semi-regularly in the past, but that was about 5 years ago, so I've got a little rust to knock off. Influences/Style: Civil Wars, Kaleo, Gary Clark Jr, Black Pistol Fire, Shovels and Rope, Chris Stapleton, and Colter Wall to name a few. Would love to hone in the exact sound/direction together and collaborate on the songwriting process. In addition to instrumentalists, I'm open to a female vocalist for duets/harmony if our voices are the right mix. I'd like to find people in the same vague age category, but that being said, I think musical direction and aligned goals are more important than age. Current goals would be to play shows in the general Austin area and record an EP. Also would love to be able to practice once a week or so. I don't have anything super well recorded, but I'll include a link to my Instagram just to give you a feel for my vocals.
