We are real estate investors who buy homes in over 40 counties in Ohio. We are looking for trustworthy and reliable workers to do cleanouts and light repairs and painting. If we like your work, we will give you a steady supply of properties to work on, and we will pay you cash at the end of each day. Here is what we need from you: • Removing all debris from the home and yard. Dumpster will be provided. • You must have skills like patching, (spray) painting, drywall, landscaping and other basic repairs to get the property ready to go on the market. We need these homes to look great for the pictures we post in our online ads. All materials are provided. • You must have your own tools and transportation to the worksite. • It is helpful if you can travel around central and northern Ohio. The more you are willing to travel, the more work we can give you. • Must have proof of driver’s license. Here is how you get paid: • We pay only through PayPal, so you must have an account. • We need you to give us a flat price for the whole job up front. • We make daily progress payments based on pictures you send us, and we don’t withhold taxes. • We cannot provide any money up front for any reason.
