Handyman full time 1 day a week

Looking for a Handyman to help maintain 4 properties in Glendale, Cypress Park and Highland Park. Must be able to handle all basic household and yard repairs. Some light gardening and interior work like hanging artwork or switching out light fixtures will needed some days. Carpentry skills a plus. Must own a car/truck for Home Depot runs etc. Hours are 1 full week day, 10am - 6pm. Day is flexible. Looking for someone for a 1 year commitment. Thanks!
