Fourth Housekeeper Needed for Large Estate in Beverly Hills/Malibu Location: Beverly Hills (with Malibu home opening early summer) Schedule: 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday with flexibility for weekends as needed (will be compensated for OT pay) Compensation: $80,000/year base plus excellent benefits: paid vacation, holidays, sick days + 100% health insurance coverage for employee & family, and 401k! Must be fully vaccinated and live a covid cautious lifestyle! A principal with several properties in California is seeking a housekeeper to join the team at their Beverly Hills estate. There is a Malibu home that will be opening up early summer, and all housekeepers will trade off days to work at that property as well when needed. There are 4 housekeepers and 3 housemen - you MUST have experience working on a team of at least 2 housekeepers, get along well with others, and be an outstanding team player. The client will only consider candidates who have strong longevity in all previous positions - ideally a minimum of 5 years in each role, with excellent references. Typical duties will include daily cleaning of the house, laundry, dishes, maintaining organization, and making sure all rooms and areas of the home are refreshed and prepared for guests. Must have an extreme eye for detail, be exceedingly organized, know how to read a room, and know how to deep clean when needed. Please be very skilled with managing laundry, knowing how to care for special fabrics, and also have a true knowledge of all cleaning products and what surfaces to use them for. This position offers a guaranteed 40 hour work week. The client is generous in that there may be days where you will work less hours and can go home early. As such, the client will appreciate someone who can be flexible to come back after hours if there is an event going on. You will report to a house manager who is incredibly helpful, organized and communicative, and keeps the house running like a well-oiled machine!
