Looking for an experienced electrician, sub contractor (no license required) to work with us, the contractor full-time or part-time. We work with a rental management company. We work on tenants move in and move out for many apartments and rental homes. Experience with doing easy tasks such as installing 80 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Light in rental apartments and homes is a must. We the contractor supply all materials for the jobs. Must be hardworking, energetic, organized, and clean. Do not call unless you have all the above requirements.
