HANA Medical Lab & Crestview Medical Center are providing free Covid Tests for any facility/person/event needed.
We have plenty of tests available for each location we travel too.
Our members will travel and provide these tests having results within 3 business days. Results are then sent by text message.
These tests are provided free from the government.
We kindly ask for any person interested to have a group size bigger than 5.
We are available upon calling or texting and setting up a time and date.
Our team is on call if needed, we can be at an location within a short time.
