Dog in need of a new home

I have a 10 month old mixed breed dog that needs a new home. He is great with kids (I have a 10 and 5 year old). He does jump up but he is very gentle about it. He does well in and out of a crate. Potty trained. He is a good dog but I can't give him the exercise he needs. Small small rehoming fee applies.
