Stingray - Hermit Crab

Description

Hi, I have a hermit crab here for adoption. Just the one with his 10 gallon tank, a mesh lid, and anything pictured. He will also come with his massive bag of salt for his saltwater pool and some extra netting for climbing. I don’t believe I’ve been able to give him to proper treatment he should be getting. I forget to spray his tank, refill his pools, rearrange his tank, and sometimes even his food. That’s just neglectful and that’s not right. I really do love him and he has quite the personality, but I think it’s time he finds someone who can dedicate themselves to him more. He truly deserves it. I’m asking about $50 for his rehoming fee, I’m not trying to make money off of him but I’m also trying to make sure he’s going to someone who cares. I’d prefer if you have done some research before hand on handling, what foods he can eat, and/or his humidity requirements. Hermit crabs will suffocate in the regular dry air we breathe, so please be careful. As much as I’d like to say he shouldn’t go to a home with kids, if a parent is willing to be very involved in the care process, I’d be okay with that. Hermit crabs aren’t exactly very social with people and don’t prefer to be held very often but I’m sure if he’s handled properly and regularly, he’ll open up a bit. He puts up with me moving him but really doesn’t prefer it. He is nocturnal so you’ll see him more active at night, and he won’t shrink away into his shell if you watch him closely. Again, he’s got quite a personality. For questions or inquiries about Stingray, please text me. My number is . My name is Sophia. Thanks!
