I am looking to hire ASAP Small house 1200 sf / I am not installing floor in the restrooms I will be installing either vinyl or laminate planks and a underlayment I will be paying 0.75 a square foot Which is 900$ in cash I am actually paying you more because your not installing in restrooms. I hoping you are able to install baseboard trim as well. I will be will to negotiate a price Please be DRUG FREE and A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
