We are looking for people to act as bird dogs for our real estate firm. We buy distressed property in Newark, East Orange, and Irvington. We need people that can provide leads for distress properties that people need to sell. Leads must include address, name, working phone number. Ideally the bird dog knows the person needs to sell. Our ideal target properties are vacant houses that need renovation, though we buy anything that is a good deal. Must not be listed on the market with a realtor To submit a lead must provide the necessary information and a picture. We will pay $25 up front, and then $1000 when we purchase. You will receive a check at closing from the title company
