Please read to the bottom where you can apply. This will be prototype testing of the design of a website to make it more user friendly. The 60-minute testing sessions will take place on either January 31st or February 1st. The compensation is $100 for those who are chosen to participate. A New York Design and Research firm is recruiting corporate insurance supplemental benefit recipients to get their feedback on the design of a website for managing the insurance you could enroll in through an employer. During your remote Zoom session, you will be asked to interact with an early design of a website using your laptop or desktop computer. You will be asked to provide your thoughtful and detailed opinions and feedback as you navigate the website. This will be a one-on-one Zoom session, with a moderator/researcher who will lead you through the website. Your job would be to provide feedback to the different areas being tested. (i.e., is it confusing and you are not sure where to go next? Or is it clear and easy to understand/navigate? etc.) You would be expected to clearly "think-out-loud" so the researchers can follow along to see if there are any areas that need to be reworked or tweaked. These sessions will take about one hour. Participants will receive $100 USD in appreciation for their time and effort.
