Rehoming beautiful male pitbull

Hi sadly we have to rehome our beautiful Bear his 75% Pitt 25% husky. Have been looking for 4 months for a place that will allow us to have both of our dogs but everyone says no because of there home insurance not allowing Pitts and so at this point we have no choice :/ had bear since he was 8 weeks old his now about to turn one Jan 31st. He is sweet and good with my other dog and toddlers, he just ignores my toddlers they kind of mess with him and he doesn't care he pays more attention to our other dog. He loves the dog park and car rides belly rubs he turns over so fast to be pet. Flaws are He does bark at door bell or random loud noises but that's with any dog.. He knows sit, go in your cage, down. His very soft and a whole baby that loves getting pet. If your looking for a guard dog bear isn't for you his too soft and scared of life to even be a guard dog. Looking for the best fit possible would have to meet you and see living conditions to make sure his going to a great loving home not some jerks. Text me then I'll call you. Very small rehoming fee to make sure his not being used for fights or any nonsense. Again his a family dog not aggressive.
