Searching for dog good with kids

Description

I have a 3 year old son who is currently in therapy and may be on the autism spectrum (they’re still doing tests). His therapist said that it would be a good idea for him to have a companion dog to socialize with since he has no siblings to interact with on a daily basis. I am looking for a dog that will stay small or I am open to accepting bigger dogs depending on the breed/ temperament with kids. Please contact me if you have a dog that you are looking to rehome that fits this description and isn’t too pricey. Thank you in advance
