Immediate work, steady work. Permanent Handyman/property maintenance. Mostly Bridgeport/Jeffersonville area. 19 properties. I always have work, not necessarily full time but there is always something needing to be done. I am looking for someone willing to work for an hourly rate, I don't want someone to bid each job as some are small and some are bigger. Please respond with your rate, my rental income must be able to cover your rate. I need someone dependable as I need to be able to count on you for emergency jobs as well as upkeep. Thank you
