Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of Supply Technician Lead on a Government contract with a place of performance at Chambersburg, PA. Position Summary: Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirement together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift types are available for this position.  Requirements: Candidate is required to comply with all SOPs and Customer system policies and adhere to all Safety policies. Good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. An understanding of the needs of the organization serviced. Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. The ideal candidate must be extremely customer-focused and capable of short-range planning, analysis, and have the ability to understand the processing of parts. Candidate must have a good working knowledge of running a stock control and Logistic Information System -LIS supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC) Must be 18 years or older Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to work in an environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold. Have the ability to learn and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) of various types to include stand-up and sit-down forklifts Must possess as a minimum a high school diploma or equivalent Experience that includes three (3) years of distribution and warehousing using a WMS.
