Hudson Valley - Dancing barefoot is encouraged, if possible, to connect more fully with the ground or floor. Please use your discretion. - Dancing without speaking after the opening circle has been completed. All participants will be muted except for the DJ. Once the dance has ended, the facilitator will begin the closing circle. - Dancing as we are throughout the event. This means no drugs/alcohol in your energy, no cameras or phones, and remaining respectful to one another and to ourselves. Be yourself, be comfortable, and be free to move consciously <3
