Alex Hudgens is a speaker who helps college students & young professionals learn to love uncertainty so that they can thrive!
Zeta Tau Alpha is excited to host Alex Hudgens at the University of Wisconsin - Madison on Tuesday, February 1st at 8 PM CT.
Alex Hudgens is a speaker who helps college students & young professionals learn to love uncertainty so that they're less stressed and more likely to find fulfillment. In addition to being a speaker, Alex is an Emmy-nominated journalist & producer, tv host, coach, writer, actor, and more!
Alex fully believes that we all have a whole bunch of dreams, talent, and potential living within us; it just takes a wee bit of courage to actually draw it all out and build an exciting career, fulfilling relationships, and an overall extraordinary life. That belief steers everything that Alex does, personally and professionally. Uncertainty University will share the tools college students need to avoid burnout, navigate the unknown, and actually have some fun. In this talk, students begin to reframe their relationship with uncertainty, learn the 3 most important questions to ask in order to increase clarity/decrease stress, and score a 5-piece toolkit for navigating the road ahead with joy-- speed bumps and all.
This will be an impactful program for all students and you won’t want to miss this!
