According to research, empathy is the most important leadership skill. Now more than ever, stress and burnout are real factors that impede the performance of an individual. Demonstrating empathy in the workplace can be a powerful antidote to stressors and can contribute to a variety of positive outcomes such as innovation, engagement, and retention. We will be featuring 3 member speakers who will share how they implement the language of love into the heart of their business. Attendees will have a chance to have any and all of their questions answered live, or via a question card. Attendees will also receive a Start with Heart Action Plan, to help keep love at the heart of business. You will not want to miss exciting gratitude giveaways towards the end of the meeting. Agenda:6:00-6:30 Power in-person networking and 10% off food and drinks drinks provided by Pavilion Grille.6:30-6:50 Introductions and new member recognition.6:50-7:30 Speaker Spotlight. 7:30-7:45 Q&A.7:45-8:00 Gratitude giveaways and member announcements. All are welcome to stay after 8 for LIVE music and relationship building with 10% off their check. Updates:In a response to feedback from our members and guests, we will be implementing extra COVID precautions for this event. Masks are strongly encouraged, seating will be socially distanced with a section that has dividers, and the break out groups will be replaced with a Q&A format. We will be providing samples of Amare (which means 'to love'!) Edge, a beverage that supports your gut micro-biome, where 90% of your feel-good neurotransmitters are produced. *COVID PROTOCOL: CDC guidelines recommend wearing masks regardless of vaccination status. All servers will be wearing masks.Details:Attendance is $5 for first time guests, members, and speakers, and $10 for second time guests. Attendance is open to the public so be sure to bring a friend or co-worker. We are so happy to be hosted by Pavilion Grille with their kind offering of 10% off main menu and drinks starting at 6PM. After the organized activities at 8 please stay to connect, dine, and dance to live music! Location: Holistic Networking meets on the ground floor in the Atrium from 6-6:30 where guests are encouraged to choose something delicious off the menu. Meeting takes place in The Grill Room from 6:30-8. This is not specific to holistic health, but is a home for all people who strive to connect to community, who desire to be conscious of the environment, who prioritize a healthy relationship of self/others/business/finances - essentially all individuals who are mindful of the integration with all aspects of life. The more people who come together with a collaborative mindset, the more we can accomplish together as a community! Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month at The Pavilion Grille off Yamato and Dixie, from 6-8pm. There is mingling and networking at the beginning of the evening, the organized activities begin at 6:30.
