An exciting day filled with fun, fitness & friends! Join us for an exciting day filled with fun, fitness & friends! Join us starting at 8:30 a.m. for Bootcamp with Ben. At 9:15, the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the South County Chamber of Commerce is followed by 30 minute short class style demonstrations by various trainers. Refreshments will be offered throughout the morning and exciting raffle prizes will be given away. Guests are welcome and this event is the open to the public so bring your friends and family.
