We're back for another Valentine's Day event! Come join us for a yoga, love potion making, sound bath healing event on Sunday, February 13. Hi friends, we are back for another Valentine's Day event! Love is one of the highest vibrations on earth, and in the spirit of Valentine's Day, this year we are making Love Potions. This special event will open with a Love Potion station where you'll make an intuitive-led Love Potion essential oil roller blend. Ashley Eberle has put together a blend of essential oils to open the heart chakra and attract what your heart desires. The ingredients for this love potion are highly protected and will only be revealed at the event. Ashley will also lead us in a heart and root chakra-focused stretching to wake up our bodies stagnant prana energy, giving way to our yoga flow. Our yoga flow will be a gentle grounding and heart-centric Vinyasa flow, led by Mark Goleboski. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or just starting a yoga practice, this flow is for you. Through meditation and movement, we will quiet our minds, release stress, and cultivate a healthy relationship with our true self. We’ll find our way to savasana, with our hearts to the sky, open to heal. While in this restful space, sound practitioner and meditation leader Dr. Arin Levy (they/them) of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts will lead us through a heart healing sound journey with the use of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. This sound journey will remind us of the love we are capable of by providing a space to listen in a new manner where we can quiet the mind and observe the sounds around and within us. This workshop welcomes everyone from individuals, to besties and sweeties. Early registration is highly encouraged as limited spots are available for this very special practice. Light snacks and refreshments also provided. We have a lovely door prize giveaway sponsored by Little Eden, Rosebuds Apothecary, Mrs. Glover’s Goods, and The Party Bomb. The Omni Resort is a beautiful five star hotel. Stay at the hotel or book a spa treatment at the Mokara Spa (303-464-3266), and make it a full weekend.
