The Dinner Buffet Consists of (subject to change): Apps: charcuterie board, hummus, chips, & dolmas, several hot hous d' oeurvres - mini-veggi spring rolls, fried ravioli, etc. Main: vegetarian fried rice (V/GF), pad thai chicken (GF) Desserts: assorted (to be decided) and chocolates.
