Help us celebrate 8 Years of BBQ! We're inviting some of our closest friends to compete in a Chili Cookoff to celebrate our 8 Year Anniversary. They'll each be creating a special dish featuring their own batch of chili. Each contentest will use our brisket grind and must also use a beer from one of our three sponsors: No Label, Buffalo Bayou Brewing, and 11 Below. We'll also have a dish apiece from our Assistant Pitmaster, Jaime Valencia, and our Executive Sous Chef, Bao Nguyen.
