I am opening rehearsal spaces for bands to rent in the Katy area. Hopefully adding a recording studio shortly thereafter. I am wondering if I can get a quick hand count for those who may be interested in renting a room or a block of time at my rehearsal studio. monthly rent will be determined by the costs but roughly around $500-750 a month. A monthly rental means your space is yours for the month....you have the key and no one else will be in there during your time so you can store your gear too. Renting a block of time will require that you pack out what you pack in. Thanks
