Boss Chicks United is a newly formed organization that aspires to motivate, empower, inspire and guide Black women Business Owners. Being a woman in business can be a challenging thing. Having the ability to run a business, a household, our children, and tend our personal lives can at times become overwhelming. Our mission is to be able to create a hub that can help others on their journey by simply Continuously connecting our BCU sisters with the right people. Weather you are in need of a pep talk, motivation, information, advice, or even a shoulder to cry on we want to create a safe space for you do just that BCU would also like to create opportunities for our future business owners to shadow other BCU sisters who are currently in the field they desire to be in. Annually we will host a Gala and continue to uplift, motivate, award, and congratulate our BCU sisters as well as other Black women who make an impact.
