Description
Dinner Celebration for Enclave's 5th-Year Friend, on 16th February, please be with us to celebrate a five-year milestone a handful of people thought COVID or other factors would keep from happening. Thanks to you, Enclave is alive and well and moving into the second half of its first decade of service! Drinks, dinner, entertainment, and more will enhance the evening as we safely gather to celebrate. With prevailing COVID-safety protocols adjusted to the specific date, we’ll be together at a time in history when we all need to mindfully pause to honor the vision, efforts, investments, sacrifices, and triumphs of many who believe in the unlimited potential of lifelong learning with a higher socioeconomic purpose. There is no charge. You'll be the honored guest of Elk Grove Village Business Leaders Forum and Enclave's other benefactors. You are welcome to bring guests who would value Enclave's mission and message. In February, Enclave will pass the five-year mark since Elk Grove Village Mayor Craig B. Johnson and Trustees voted to forge with Elk Grove Village Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank and Enclave Learning & Earning Center, a believed-to-be-unique type of public-private partnership for leader-centric economic development education. Prioritizing competencies enrichment for organizational leaders is rarely, if ever, the principal component in strategic plans for economic development. From neighborhoods-to-nations, Enclave brings to top of mind the upside socioeconomic potential for local-to-global growth to be accelerated through ongoing transformative learning programs offered to job-creating, value-generating, and difference-making entrepreneurs and other organizational leaders; for-profit and not-for-profit. In multiple ways and with varied programs, Beyond Business-Friendly Elk Grove Village underscores the “human element in economic development.” The focus on nonstop education offerings for leaders is now a keystone in the municipality’s economic development strategy. Thanks to the foresight of the mayor, trustees, Village management, the Bank, and Enclave, at 75 Turner Avenue in Elk Grove Village, hundreds of “learning and earning events” have touched thousands of lives. As each leader influences others at work, home, and everywhere else she or he passes along or practices what they learn at Enclave, the aggregate impact is considerable for this Fifth Year Milestone. More and better efforts and results are ahead ꟷ for years to come. If you want to sponsor any parts of the evening, or have any questions, please feel free to call me directly. Thank you for your steady-state support for Enclave's mission. All best thoughts, John John R.
