Johnson and Trustees voted to forge with Elk Grove Village Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank and Enclave Learning & Earning Center, a believed-to-be-unique type of public-private partnership for leader-centric economic development education. Prioritizing competencies enrichment for organizational leaders is rarely, if ever, the principal component in strategic plans for economic development.
