I am looking for a few acres to rent. I do not need power as I am set up for off grid in my camper/tiny home. I am looking for something affordable and am willing to even to do some property caretaking to help with price if possible maybe you are trying to sell and would like some help with the land up keep, need some livestock kept? I was a Caretaker in Colorado for 15 years and have experience with everything from the farm to office work. Never know until you ask right? I work full time however I definitely have time, It's easy when you love the work. I do have a dog but she is well behaved, she is definitely more of a guard dog type though if that helps so may even work for if you have a building site you need someone on at night and need to keep safe?
