Description

The Church is the very way that Jesus wants us to enter into and live His life. The Church is the Mystical Body of Christ and it is through the Church that we can be members of that Body. As we saw in the last session, it is the desire of Jesus to be in an intense and intimate communion with us. It is this union that Saint Augustine describes when he says ‘Marvel and rejoice: we have become Christ.’ In this session, we will explore this theme of the Body in order to understand the necessity of the One Church of Christ to enter into the mystery of the eternal communion of the Blessed Trinity.
