Good Company Yoga and Modern Companion have teamed up! Yoga inside Modern Companion is open to our 4 legged friends! Join Sallie with Good Company Yoga as she guides you through the same practice of breathing and postures, except doggies roam free throughout the room, spreading joy and providing entertainment. This 45 minute class is a perfect balance of fun and relaxation ending with lavender cloths and savasana cuddles. Please BYO mat & friendly dog. Pre-registration is required. Limited spots are available. We invite you to stay after class to sip coffee from Bart's Crazy Good Coffee Shop and enjoy all that Modern Companion has to offer, who create products for stylish pets and their humans. They are a speciality pet boutique that offers accessories, chews, toys, food, health/wellness prodcuts, and stuff for humans, too!
