Rosemary, black pepper, Curacao orange 3rd course Curly fry poutine with local cheese curd & black pepper beef gravy Beer: Flying off the Bridge (Re-Release Recipe) we dive deep into thiolized yeast genetic technology, biotransformation of glycosidically bound thiol precursor, and hop terpene isolates. Citrine juice gush up front and subside delicately into a Sauv Blanc tropical finish. 4th course February 14th Burger Foie gras & Jubilee Hilltop beef blend, spicy special sauce, steamed red onions, local greens, house pickles, black winter truffles, brioche bun Beer: Zelibrator, Substantial toasted rich flavors will harmonize the composition between plate and glass as the crisp lager character refreshes the palate. 5th course Leone‘s ice cream sandwich with berry beer sauce reduction & balsamic Beer: Quilt and Lantern
