Watch, learn and play with Ingredients with Chef Bojji. Chef will perform basic knife skills for prepping ingredients and preparing dishes for you to enjoy. Plan to jump in and play with ingredients if asked upon and fine tune your cooking knowledge. The first playground will consist of 3-course Italian. (Feb) The second playground will consist of 3-course French. (March) The third playground will consist of 3-course Moroccan. (Apr) The fourth playground will be a “Chopped Competition”. Chef will provide mystery ingredients for 3 guest attendees to compete against each other. See May event for details. (May) There will be prizes for Chopped Competition winners. The BAR will be open for purchase of beer and cocktails. This will be a fun, laid back, possibly loud with laughter type event.
