This course is designed to help you understand how you can shift the energy of your space and tap into living life with grace and ease. Level 1: A 6-week course on empowering your energy for today. The Empower Your Energy course is designed to help you understand how you can shift the energy of your space and tap into living life with grace and ease and creating success. Many of us live our lives on automatic pilot, trying to get through the day by keeping all the plates spinning in work, family and with our health. We pack so much into our lives that we rarely allow ourselves to pause or slow down for a moment of peace, or simply to get a clearer picture of where we are, and what we’re doing. We want to make our wellbeing a priority, because we know this not only impacts us, but also the people around us. We want to be less stressed, less overwhelmed and we want to be at peace. So how do we begin to understand navigating life and living from an intentional place, rather than reacting to the illusions of life. The answer is to be a sovereign being, directing our energy to higher frequencies. Choosing tools that work in each individual for the best outcome. Level 1 brings to life the understanding of moving through the dimensions of consciousness. You will experience coming from the center of your being, your heart space. In the course, you will experience and understand why our minds become so cluttered and overwhelmed, and why it’s so difficult to let go of those recurring negative thoughts. Understanding your space and energy body and keeping it free of energetic clutter. You will have the opportunity to cultivate your day-to-day experience of the energy of happiness and peace, boost well-being-ness and choose stress-free for today. Interactive Course Includes: Finding Your Sanctuary Becoming Aware of Yourself Anchor To Feeling Grounded Creating A New Point of Reference The Permission Rose De-Scripting Your Story Energetically Creating Your Day (Each class includes affirmative prayer, guided visualization, and practical energy tools.) This class will be held in-person. (Zoom link can be provided for out-of-state students for an additional fee.) Dates: Tuesday Evenings 6:30 – 8:30 PM March 15th, 22nd, 29th, April 5th, 12th, 19th Course Fee: $125.00 We are a vibrant and inclusive community of seekers, artists, healers, and spiritual social activists we welcome all. We teach a positive, practical, and progressive approach to spirituality. Our spiritual campus features a spiritual education program, a prayer ministry, a bookstore, support groups and a variety of events, activities, and classes throughout the week.
