Black cat found in Central near Dollar General

Description

Sweet little black cat found either abandoned or lost out in the cold. Found Saturday night, 01.22.22 at about 8 pm. I can't keep him or her, but will foster as long as possible. He or she has a blue collar with a silver bell. Looks full grow, but smaller sized, with a puffy tail.
