ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — A multi-car crash on the northbound New York State Thruway snarled afternoon traffic at the Garden State Parkway exit. Rockland Fires reported that Spring Valley's fire department and emergency medical services were working on extricating one victim. The accident caused delays on I-87/287.
