Jupiter, Florida Bosox - Black/White - Male - DSH - 18 lbs. ** Collar Found Inside Car Engine - Read Full Post ** Bosox went missing January 17 in Jupiter, FL off Jupiter Isles Blvd & Island Way, in the Rialto neighborhood. Bosox is an 8-year-old, neutered, male, short haired, black/white, tuxedo cat weighing 18 lbs. Bosox is a shy cat, he will most likely not allow anyone to approach him unless he feels comfortable with you. Bosox is a smart cat and was able to escape out the front door after it was left closed but unlocked by a younger family member. On day 3 of Bosox missing, a call came in from a neighbor up the street. The neighbor was having his car serviced at Tire Kingdom located at 50 Bush Rd, which is 2.5 miles southeast of where Bosox went missing from. While the mechanic was working on the neighbor’s car, he found Bosox collar inside the engine. We are not sure if Bosox escaped the car engine from his own neighborhood before the car drove away, in route to the mechanic shop, or once the car was parked at the mechanic shop.
