Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/21/2022 3:00 PM For Immediate Release For Immediate Release Aurora Man Charged With Drug-Induced Homicide  Aurora Man Charged With Drug-Induced Homicide Kendall County, IL (January 21, 2022, 3:00 PM) On July 27, 2021, Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 20 Block of Greenfield Road, Montgomery, Unincorporated Kendall County, for a report of a female who was not responsive.  The female, identified as 24-year-old Taylor Neill, was declared deceased. Kendall County Sheriff's Detectives began an investigation into the death, and on January 18, 2022, the Kendall County State's Attorney's Office charged Marcos Salas, a 34-year-old man from the 400 Block of N Union Street, Aurora, with 1 count of drug-induced homicide, a Class X felony.  Salas is presently incarcerated at the Kane County Corrections center on an unrelated matter and remains in custody.   **The public is reminded that criminal defendants are presumed innocent until the government is able to prove its charges in court beyond a reasonable doubt.** ### Contact:          Deputy Dan Briars #95 Phone:             (630) 465-2067                  This press release was produced by Kendall County Sheriff's Office.
