Portsmouth Public Library will hold a Coat Swap from February 12 – March 31 in the library's lobby. Bring in coats, sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves or mittens that you no longer need (all ages & sizes accepted), any time during the library's open hours. Please be sure that all items are clean and free of holes and stains. Need a new coat or accessory? Stop by the lobby any time February 12 to March 31 and pick something out.
