Press release from the Village of Palatine: January 21, 2022 The Cook County Department of Health (CCDPH) offers in-home COVID-19 vaccination services to reach individuals who find it difficult to go to COVID-19 vaccination sites to get the vaccine (1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses/boosters). Please note that CCDPH vaccination sites are ADA accessible, and this program is specifically for suburban Cook County residents who find it difficult to leave their home to receive a vaccination.
