WRIGHT COUNTY, MN — A truck crash in Albertville left a cargo of thousands of potatoes frozen to Interstate 94.
The two tractor-trailers crashed around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, Minnesota State Patrol Sgt. Jesse Gabrow said. A load of spuds from one of the trucks spilled across the eastbound lane and quickly froze, shutting down the road for hours while the Minnesota Department of Transportation brought in specialized equipment to clean up.
