I was walking my dogs down West 8th Street and I found a bicycle on or in the middle of the road with broken handlebars if you can tell me what kind of bike it was what color was and all that what the cross street was I have your bike this is a Saturday night about 10:15 p.m. let me know I hope somebody didn't get hit.
