Found Dog on hacienda @ rotary dog park Was seen days ago running pretty scared, I called out to him and he wouldn't come while driving to the store. Its been a few days since then and he ran up to us Today while I was walking my female dog. He seems to not want to leave her. Please describe his tail and rear paw markings (if any) "to claim" as well as if he is or is not neutered.
